Summary:

The Sales Performance Management (SPM) Sr. Associate will be part of a team responsible for the delivery and the support of the Sales Performance Management SAP Callidus solution currently deployed to 14 markets globally. The role will partner with the US and International Sales Operations and Business teams to develop a holistic understanding of the business sales incentive bonus process to ensure the solution supports the ongoing business needs; work closely with the Center of Excellence and Zoetis Tech & Digital Business Partners to drive best practices and ensure alignment on corporate objectives, business strategy, and roadmaps; and work closely with other ZTD functions on cross-functional integration requirements. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and working in a matrix organization.



Responsibilities:
Function as the Sales Performance Management solution subject matter expert (SME)
Partner with the business to translate business requirements into technical requirements, and ensure requirements are well defined, documented, and understood by all responsible parties
Assess change requests for the SPM solution including Commissions, Territory and Quota, Workflow, and Reporting/Dashboards; bring awareness to how changes may impact downstream processes, analytics, and reporting
Ensure appropriate change management processes and controls are adhered to, including documenting business requirements, prioritizing, and developing effort estimates
Interface with onshore/offshore operational delivery team responsible for:
Maintaining compensation plans and components
Supporting annual quota setting
Change & Enhancement requests
Assess and test Callidus technical releases
Production testing and deployments
Interfaces, Loading, and Extraction
Attend and contribute to monthly governance meetings where changes to the solution will be raised and prioritized
Attend and contribute to quarterly business reviews with SAP Commissions former Callidus
Triage and track solution and data issues through Workflow Management and Ticketing system to ensure issues are being properly addressed
Support IT audit and compliance requests
Assist with financial budget activities


Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
3-4+ years working in Sales Performance Management or financial related technical role
Strong process-oriented individual with high attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to work in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across the globe/functions/regions/sectors
Proven ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and competing time demands
Comfortable working with the business for process analysis, as well as possess a solid understanding of technology concepts
Strong operational integration experience and proven technology organization leadership characterized by high performance and efficient operations
Professional record of accomplishment that reflects a significant strategic partnership with and contribution to the business.
Experience with SAP Callidus or an equivalent is a plus
